The new PLMJ Law Firm headquarters proposes a set of values that, we believe, will not go out of fashion in a short time. Values with which we can relate in an exclusive, elegant, functional and very comfortable workplace in each one of the next fifty years.
PLMJ’s role in society is evident in its constant search for a balance between its external relations and its internal organisational structure. Our solution aims to provide answers to this dialectic: to guarantee a place of exclusivity, accuracy and elegance to all visitors while ensuring maximum functionality, effectiveness and comfort to all those who work there.
We have sought to create an attractive space that will provide the best working conditions –and subsequently the best performance – to the huge community of PLMJ partners, lawyers, paralegals and employees. We believe that performance and productivity go hand in hand with he accuracy and effectiveness of spatial distribution and circulation, as well as with the architectural and atmospheric qualities of the workplace.
We have designed a simple, flexible scheme of relationship and proximity between services and legal departments. Work teams will be located on the 10th, 11th, 12th and 13th floors of the FPM41 tower, whereas the administrative and management services that support them will be located on the 9th floor.
Programme functionalities such as individual offices, collective offices (which may vary in size), clerical areas and open-plan areas are available on each floor. Given the diversity of the company’s employees – their diferente cultural and social origins, race or gender – we propose a flexible project designed to respect each person’s differences and similarities.
