Arthur Perticoz, founder of various Parisian start-ups, wanted to rehabilitate an apartment spread over several areas of a condominium to create a modular living space. As his professional and private lives are closely linked, the living space was designed as a collaborative space that can accommodate workshops, meetings and screenings.
The living space blends in with the work space: the kitchen, lit by a large glass roof, becomes a meeting room, the living room, under a large double height, hosts conferences.
An excavation has created a direct access to the cellars from the main space, in order to convert it into a meeting room and increase the work surface.
In order to optimize the night space, it is located upstairs, overhanging the living areas in double height.
The use of raw and natural materials such as concrete, steel, oak and marble allow for durability and adaptability of the place to all events while creating a timeless design.
